Productive Property Investments, LLC. is owned and operated by Leroy B Craig and Diane B Craig, M.D.

Leroy, who has spent most of his life in Cincinnati, Ohio, enjoyed a 30 year career with IBM before venturing into real estate investment in 2001. Diane, a native Chicagoan, is double board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics and practices Emergency Medicine. What started out as a small real estate investment company purchasing properties in Cincinnati for our own portfolios has steadily grown into a full service real estate company. Because of our concern for our neighborhoods and passion for real estate we have been providing quality living space for renters and home owners.

Leroy and Diane have been married since 1995. Both are active church members and raised two children here in Cincinnati.
